We're looking for someone to join our team at our print shop in Lawrenceville! Please note that this position is not for a designer or printer, nor will it be a stepping stone to that position in the immediate future. Pittsburgh is full of talented design folks who are eager to put on an apron, but that's just not what we need at the moment.

POSITION: Full Time Packaging/Assembly Person | M-F, 9-5:30 | Starting at $10/hour | Health benefits after 3 months

START DATE: August 1st, 2015 (flexible)

JOB DESCRIPTION: All day long, we print. That means nothing if those cards aren't packaged and shipped to all of our amazing shops. The job will consist of you scoring, folding, counting, inserting envelopes into cards, inserting cards & envelopes into sleeves, counting, preparing the orders for shipping, and most definitely, more counting. If you can count on anything with this job, it's counting. This happens every day, all day, and it needs to be done both quickly and correctly

Over time you will learn our inventory, stationery sizes, and all other things related to packaging and assembly. Once you have a handle on the inventory, you will be in charge of pulling, packaging, and shipping our weekly Etsy orders.

Our shop gets very busy and the day to day needs and priorities often change with very short notice. We need someone that is focused, but at the same time can easily switch gears and move on to what needs done at that moment. I'm looking for someone who is going to feel confident about completing the tasks at hand, but at the same time not afraid to ask questions or call themselves out if they are unsure about something or have made mistakes.

I need someone who is self motivated, prides themselves of their attention to detail, and someone who understands that we have definite goals which need to be met each day in a timely manner. That being said, all the standard "great employee" traits still apply. We need you to show up on time, take the job seriously, and it will obviously help if you enjoy keeping busy and working with your hands. This job is VERY repetitive. If you are easily bored by doing the same thing over and over, this may not be the job for you. We're looking for someone with high energy who enjoys working with others as well as on their own.

If you think you fit the bill then please send an email to If you don't think it's for you, then maybe you know someone that would be perfect. That's just as good and we appreciate you spreading the word. Thanks for your interest.
