• Orders ship M-F from our shop in Pittsburgh, PA.
• Retail: Ships within 3 business days via USPS along with tracking.
• Wholesale: Ships within 5-7 business days via UPS along with tracking.

We do not accept returns and do our very best to ensure that your item arrives safely. However, if something arrives damaged or you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately and we will gladly replace it.
